then i incorpetate it and i dont list you as an owner
then i shut you out of the account and dont even offer to set up another account for the business or offer to send you statements
then you get word that ive been talking about shutting you out of the business, give me a fucking break, i am justified in my actions, and so are you, you are and arogant greedy bastard.

and what team mates are you talking about - and i am broke because ive been on educational leave for 2 months and out 8 grand you knew that

I can't stay quite on this one anymore. Daniel is the most easy going person I know and it takes a LOT to piss him off to the level of low blows but Dan has been listening to months and months of shit talking from a person he thought was his friend and well....business partner. Brian, you knew that you could not set up paypal for just stunterschool, it has to either be in your name or Daniels. And if you wanted records every month or a god damned statement you should have ASKED for one.

Brian I think your shit talking destroyed you and Dan's relationship a long time ago and yes, that did encourage him to take full control of stunterschool and that is what I told Steve but then Dan cooled off and decided that there was no harm in sharing stunterschool with a back stabbing, shit talker. The bottom line here is something Dan could never say becuase he's a guy so I will tell it for him.... Dan thought you two were good friends, then Dan heard all the terrible shit you said about him and basically....you hurt his feelings. He used to be sad he lost you as a friend and that you would talk about him like that but now all your emails to him and your actions have caused him to never want to talk to you again. We should have known better because when we were around you, you talked shit on other people so we should have realized that when we were not around you would be doing the same about him.

And get real, you could NOT have had a stunterschool started on your own a year ago because you didn't even know how to STUNT(or even have a bike). You can't instruct something you have no professional experience on. And knowing how to ride a 50 doesn't count as being a professional stunt rider. You saw Dan as a money making experience and jumped on it.

I don't wish you bad luck or anything I just hope you learn something from this and that is: you need to stop talking shit on your friends if you want to keep them around. Dan could really care less honestly about loosing stunterschool. That site was shitty and didn't provide the members with what Dan thinks they should receive so he's going his way with his new school and you can now control stunterschool. But to Daniel, he lost a friend and that meant more to him than any type of business, but I wouldn't guess you would know what that was like, would you.

Good job Kort.

I see you explaining Dan's true feelings and understand why he couldn't express them himself. I hate seeing yall not being friends anymore, but sometimes you have to live and learn and go about things on your own. Hopefully one of these days you can put it all behind you, but until then you need to venture on your own and see what happens. Good luck you two!

Sounds like both might be onto something.

One friend has vision to take the chance of starting an "online" stunting school and now wants credit where credit is due.

The other is conceited enough to take on the world and succeed at it (#1 Stunta, wha, wha, wha, wha, what)
